The Key to Successful Therapy
In order to successfully transform your behavior, you must access the subconscious – the feeling mind. If you could fully solve any problem just by thinking and talking about it, you would. You need more than the will power and logic of the conscious mind.
In hypnosis, the subconscious emotional brain talks to the logical brain. The subconscious is the reservoir of all memory, experience, and conditioning.
All presenting problems are stand-ins for something emotional. When you can get to the cause and the reason for any issue, you can set yourself free from it.
In a Rapid Transformational Therapy session, you are in a safe space to engage in the exploration of your inner self. You are guided to find your own truth within, and experience a new reality. The “gnosis” of “hypnosis” in Greek means “inner knowing.” It is my job to facilitate you finding that knowing for yourself.
Hypnosis is the only form of therapy that changes your neural circuitry. In a session, we clear out old, unwanted patterns. More than 70% of your transformation happens in the session itself.
The other 30% is a bespoke recording of suggestions, to listen to for 21 days (or more, if desired) to make your new thoughts and beliefs more familiar, more real, more experiential.
The recording helps you to ground into and reconnect to yourself. And to know that you matter, that you are worthy, you are enough.
